A grey, black, and pink contemporary abstract art piece with gold markings and oil pastel writing. This is one of three abstract artworks I created just before immigrating to Dubai—a time filled with both excitement and grief as I prepared to leave my hometown. It is also part of my very first series of abstract artworks, marking my transition from portraiture to abstract art.
